Every effort is made to accommodate player team preferences for junior grades. Final team lists are dependent on registrations in each age group and parent volunteers to take on the roles of coach and team manager.
Late enrolments that are unable to be placed on a team will be added to our waitlist or connected with other Clubs.
Any registrations from past members received after the close of registrations (12 February) will not be given priority over new players who register within the registration period.
Club policy is to register teams of 9 players, variations need to be requested in writing and will be reviewed by the committee in consultation with team coaches.
OPEN DAY 10 FEBRUARY
Come and have a chat at our Open Day, Saturday 10 February, 9am – 11am, Mundaring Arena.
We will be assisting with dresses and club gear sizing, online registration questions and team/season queries.
FEES
PlayHQ offers a greater level of transparency around fees and their distribution, the distribution of fees is clearly stated on registering. EHNA fees cover the cost of umpiring, court hire, competition administration and equipment. The MNC fee helps the club cover equipment replacement costs, purchase of team training aids, administration, team photos and windup.
The Club commits to responsible fee and expenditure management.
There is a 2.03% transaction charge, administered by PlayHQ, which is included in the fees listed below.
All fees need to be paid on registration. If this is an issue for you, you now have an option to pay by instalments using Paypal.
